The introduction to our large collaborative effort between ETH Zürich, University Hospitals in Zürich and Basel, University of Zürich, and Roche just came out in Cancer Cell! The Tumor Profiler integrates 9 different methodologies, including Pharmacoscopy, to generate an in-depth characterisation of melanoma, leukaemia and ovarian cancer tumors. This characterisation aims to support clinical treatment decisions and improve the biological understanding of these cancers.
